As a certified professional inspector I have the knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation and workmanship that others might miss.

Pre-Listing Inspections

A Pre-Listing inspection is an examination of your property to identify any potential repairs that may need to be made. This inspection will have you more prepared for negotiations with your buyer and give you time to fix what's needed.
Home Health Evaluation
Starting at $375.00 based on square footage.
